Director and Founder
Donnie is an expert programme and organisational consultant working with organisations in both the public and private sector - from governments and multinationals to SMEs. He has recently worked with clients in Construction, Infrastructure, UK Parliament, Nuclear, Retail and Space sectors. He is also involved in a range of built environment initiatives and leading edge groups providing a broad understanding of the challenges faced across the sector. Donnie is also a published author with his book "Project Leadership". He owns and runs Team Animation Ltd.
Senior Associate
Stuart has had an extensive career in the nuclear, engineering and energy sectors. Over the last 5 years we have helped numerous small and larger organisations grow. Projects include successful turnarounds, multi-million pound bids, digital transformation strategies, digital research, winning public sector bids, identifying clarity of purpose for organisations and transforming services to online delivery.
Senior Associate
Jonathan was until recently responsible for the Major Projects Association (MPA) knowledge repository and virtual community of practice. The repository collates and curates insight on the experience of major projects with resources from the Olympics, Crossrail, Thameslink Learning Legacies and from across industry. He also facilitates a wide range of virtual activities and events to complement the Association’s main seminar programme.

Andrew is a business strategy consulting professional with a successful track record in managing the delivery of operational, digital and technology change-related programmes and projects across a range of sectors including Nuclear, Life Science and Pharma, Media, Investment Banking, Retail Banking & Insurance and Higher Education. He has a proven ability to facilitate strategic visions creating practical approaches to delivering sustainable transformational change.

Leader in strategic and operational change in large and complex organisations at the top level – full life cycle from analysis to case for change, developing the transformation portfolio, implementation and embedment. International experience at senior levels across a range of functions with a clear track record of success: for example, business development, corporate strategy, procurement, programme management and capability, sponsorship, change management.

Sarah is an expert in delivering and advising on complex change. She is currently undertaking a PhD which will help improve the delivery of major government projects. Sarah is trusted-advisor to boards and senior management. We have worked with Sarah to write and have published Project Leadership 3rd edition as well as on a number of client assignments.

How We Do What We Do
We apply a simple process to any work we undertake. A broad, deep, and accurate understanding of your organisation’s challenges is key to identifying your needs and to evolving a strategy of intervention and a subsequent road map for sustainable change and long-term success.
